I joined Catawba in Data Processing in 2000, and later moved into Accounting. I was previously employed for 10 years in banking as the computer systems operator and before that in database management for an insurance agency. Always with an eye for detail and an interest in technology, I chose to study computer science and received an AS degree in computer systems technology with a heavy focus on accounting. In Accounting here at Catawba, I am responsible for ensuring that all transactions of our business are accurately and properly accounted for in accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, billing, & payroll. I ensure that the financial reports are kept up to date. It is my responsibility to stay current on tax regulations and pay taxes in a timely manner. I'm married to my pastor and we have 2 grown, married children who have blessed us with 2 'grand'children. I love spending time with my family and friends, and spending time outdoors, camping, gardening, cooking, and reading. It is my pleasure to assist you in any way.
